Hereafter referred to as the "Photographer" or "Michael Waye."

1. Creative Liberty

The Photographer shall have creative liberty in producing photography for the Client. The Client acknowledges and accepts the quality of work displayed in the Photographer's portfolio as the standard they can reasonably expect. 

3. The Service. 

The Photographer agrees to provide the following:

Photographer shall provide, while providing the Service, that he shall comply with the policies, standards, and regulations of the Client, including local, State, and Federal laws and to the best of their abilities. Any additional time required by the Client outside the agreement will be billed at an additional rate.

3. Payment

-Non-Refundable 30% deposit paid at time of booking

-The Client agrees to make final payment to the Photographer prior to the delivery of  the finalised work. 

-Booking is not confirmed without a signed contract and payment of deposit.

4. Damages

The Client is solely responsible for financial reimbursement in the event of any damage to property and/or equipment during the shoot that is not consequential of The Photographer. 

5. Liability

The Photographer is not liable for accidents that may happen to the Client, including trips or falls, allergic reactions, reactions to animal bites or stings, or anything of the like.

6. Termination

In the event that the Client or attendees on behalf of the Client makes the Photographer feel uncomfortable or unsafe, the Photographer reserves the right to leave the shoot without notice. In this event, full payment is still required.

7. Re-Editing

The Client is allowed one free re-edit of images if they are unhappy with the initial work. Any further changes will require a fee.

8. Delivery

The Photographer will deliver photographs via USB with the finalised work being high resolution as well as web resolution images.

9. Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of the non-refundable deposit applies if the Client cancels the shoot regardless of the timeframe.

10. Usage Rights

The Client has the rights to use all images as a one-time use for the purpose agreed, if additional purpose for use is required the client understands that an additional usage fee will be charged or alternative a new photography shoot and contract will be required. The Photographer has the right to use the images on social media and their website for portfolio examples. The Photographer retains all copyrights of images taken during shoots.
